Location: Entrances of T1, T2 and GTC, leading to inquiry counters of each place.

02  Help phones 

Function: Helping to reach airport staff for services.

Location: 6 help phones in Entrances 11, 13, 16 of T1; Entrances 21, 22, 24 of T2.

03  Courtesy seats

Courtesy seats are installed for passengers with special needs at every seating area of T1 and T2.

04  Lower check-in counters 

Function: Facilitating wheelchair-using passengers' check-in process.

Location: Check-in Island B, C, D of T1; Check-in Island E, F of T2.

05  Lower inquiry counters 

Function: Providing inquiry services for wheelchair-using passengers.

Location: Departure Hall and Arrival Hall of T1 & T2; GTC.

06  Lower public phones

Function: Facilitating wheelchair-using passengers' use of public phones.

Location: Departure Hall, Post-security Area, Baggage Claim Hall, and Arrivals Hall of T1 & T2; Transfer Hall on Level 1 of GTC.

07  Third toilet

Function: Equipped with accessible toilets, kids' toilets, accessible sinks, kid-friendly sinks, foldable baby care table, foldable baby seats, safety armrests and emergency callers, meeting the needs of passengers with reduced mobility and passengers travelling with infants or children.

Location: Next to the toilets in public area of terminals. 

01  Baby strollers

Function: Baby strollers in the waiting area for infant passengers aged between 2 and 36 months.

Location:

Next to the gate29, 33, 42, L4 of T1; Corridor of L2, T1.

Central business district of T2, Corridor of L2, T2.

02  Baby Care Room

Function: In the baby care room, there is a crib, a baby table with a safety buckle, a hand sanitizer table, a sofa for breastfeeding and a table for breastfeeding. Safe, comfortable and hygienic private space are provided to pregnant and breast-feeding passengers.

Location: Next to the toilets in public area of terminals. 

03  Children's Playground

Function: There are four free children's activity areas in the waiting area, which provide climbing, slide and other play facilities for children aged between 3 and 6 years old with panda, airplane and other special elements. Make the waiting time for parent-child passengers more abundant and interesting.

In order to facilitate the travel of special passengers, Tianfu Airport provides the following caring services for the elderly, sick, disabled and pregnant and other special passengers as well as the first-time passengers for free.

01  Service Reservation Programs

1.Welcoming Service

After arriving at the terminal, special passengers and first passengers will be greeted by special personnel and accompanied to the check-in counter.

2.Wheelchair Service

The wheelchair service is provided for the special passengers of departure flights from the reception to check-in. For the wheelchair service that assists in arriving at the departure gates after check-in, please submit the application in advance to the airline when buying your ticket.

3.Check-in Assistance

The check-in assistance is provided to accompany and assist the special passengers and first passengers to arrive at the airline counter for check-in.

Tips:

1. Passengers with disabilities can go to the special passenger inspection lanes for security check. If necessary, a request for private security check can be made to the on-site security officers.

2. Passengers with disabilities who want to bring service dogs on board shall make the request to the airline for permission when buying the ticket.

3. Please take your boarding card and arrive at the place as schedule to avoid the risk of missing the flight.

02  Wheelchair Service

Free wheelchair lending service is provided for the passengers with mobility problem. If you need wheelchair service after check-in, please submit the application to your airline in advance when buying your ticket.

Place for wheelchairs borrowing: Inquiry Desk in Departure Hall and Reception Hall of T1 and T2, and the Inquiry Desk on the 2nd floor of Global Transport Community (GTC).

Use scope of wheelchairs: area within the Global Transport Community (GTC), and the passenger zone outside the security check isolation area of T1 and T2.

03  Baby Carriage Service

Place for baby carriage borrowing: Inquiry Desk in Departure Hall and Reception Hall of T1 and T2, and the Inquiry Desk on the 2nd floor of Global Transport Community (GTC).

Use scope of baby carriage: Area within the Global Transport Community (GTC), and the passenger zone outside the security check isolation area of T1 and T2.

04 Service of Special Service Bus 

1. Free service of passenger delivery to the departure gate in the security check isolation area is provided for the passengers including the elderly, sick, disabled and pregnant, and those who carry the infants or the donated human organs.

2. Military personnel and fire rescue personnel can enjoy the free service of passenger delivery to the departure gate in the security check isolation area with valid documents.

3. For passengers who have less than 25 minutes before the departure of the flight, free service of passenger delivery to the departure gate in the security check isolation area is provided.

4. Free service of passenger delivery to the departure gate in the security check isolation area is also provided for the passengers who are the first time to travel from the Tianfu Airport.
