Temporary Identification Certificate for Air Travel
01 Application conditions
1. According to the Regulations on the Management of Temporary Identification Certificate for Civil Flight, police stations of civil airports shall strictly follow the principle of "safety first and convenient service" to provide help for passengers to apply for "Temporary Identification Certificate for Air Travel".
2. Passengers of the People's Republic of China (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) who do not carry a valid identification certificate when taking a flight, or whose original valid ID certificate is damaged or expired, can apply to the airport police station for a "Temporary Identification Certificate for Air Travel". The "Temporary Identification Certificate for Air Travel" is only legally valid for passengers traveling on domestic civil aircraft.
3. When applying for the "Temporary Identification Certificate for Air Travel", passengers shall truthfully provide relevant information such as name, ID number, place of household registration, home address, and relatives with the same household registration to the airport police station, and the station will issue the Certificate to the applicant after verifying the necessary information listed above.
4. Passengers less than 16 years old shall use their household registration books, student ID cards or ID certificates issued by the police station of their household registration to travel on the plane in accordance with the relevant regulations (medical birth certificates are applicable for passengers less than two years old traveling on the plane). Minors less than 16 years old must be accompanied by their guardians when applying for a "Temporary Identification Certificate for Air Travel".
02 Denied conditions
1. Upon verification, the inquired information is inconsistent with that provided by the cardholder or the photo information obtained through inquiry cannot be confirmed valid in verifying the applicant as the same person of that photo.
2. Applicants aged 16 or above have no photo information upon verification of their identity information.
3. Passengers who have failed in the application due to other personal reasons.
03 Period of validity
The Temporary Identification Certificate for Air Travel is valid for 7 to 15 days.

1. Service hours: Self-service equipment operates around the clock; the service office is open from 06:00 am to the last outbound flight boarding. (Tips: call 028-86907110 before 06:00 am)
2. Place of application: Certificate and Duty Office, L4 (Departures Hall), T2. (Near the first-class security check area, left side of Departure Hall, T2)
3. In order to avoid missing flights, passengers who take a flight that departs before 8 am shall apply one day in advance, and other passengers shall apply 3 hours prior to departure. Losses including missed flight due to late applying shall be borne by the passengers themselves.

04 Notice of baggage storage
As of January 1, 2021, in accordance with Article 318 of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, "Where a lost thing has not been claimed by anybody within one year from the date the lost-and-found notice is publicized, the lost thing is to be escheated to the State." The lost and found office will no longer provide search and return services for any lost thing that has not been claimed by anybody within one year from the date the lost-and-found notice is publicized. Due to the different properties of the articles, fresh and perishable food are not easy to store. Such food that has not been claimed within a short period of time would be submitted to the relevant departments for timely destruction or disposal.
05 Collection of lost items
The owner needs to present his/her own valid ID certificate to claim the lost item(s). When entrusting others to claim, the power of attorney, copy of ID card of the owner and valid ID card of the trustee shall be provided at the same time, otherwise the application will not be accepted.

06 Kind Reminder
Each lost item will be published online for 7 days as of the date it was received by the lost and found office. If it fails to be claimed more than 7 days, please call the terminal lost and found office for more information.
07 Time limit for destruction of fresh and perishable food
1. Fresh food refers to raw food that is not processed and pure and natural, including fruits, seafood, vegetables, eggs and cooked food in bulk, with a storage period of 24 hours.
2. Frozen fresh food and dairy products refer to frozen seafood such as fish and shrimp, frozen meat, milk powder, cheese and fresh milk, with a storage period of 48 hours.
3. Pastry food refers to the food processed with flour or rice flour, sugar, grease and dairy products as the main raw materials, including fried food, bread, cake and pastry, with a storage period of 5 days.
4. Flowers and plants: Flowers and potted plants with a storage period of 5 days.
5. Vacuum packed food refers to vacuum packed food such as cooked food, with a storage period of 10 days.
6. Dried fruits in bulk refer to dried fruits such as walnuts, melon seeds and peanuts in bulk and herbal medicines in bulk with a storage period of 15 days.
7. Non-bulk food: Boxed dried fruits, chocolates, biscuits, snacks, condiments and other food with a longer storage period of 60 days.
